I was disappointed in the service I received from Fridge Dare CC in Moore Road, Berea. I handed in my unit and was promised a quote the following day. A number of days later and after numerous calls, I received a ridiculous quote which I did not accept and just wanted my unit back. I was made promise after promise and eventually I was given a date and time when I could pick my unit up. I arrived at their premises on the confirmed date & at the confirmed time but they were not there and did not answer my calls. Eventually their kind neighbors offered to help by contacting them (suddenly Fridge Dare answered their phone) and they got the unit for me and I picked it up from them the following day. Fridge Dare have still not even so much as apologised for their empty promises and bad service.
Very disappointing.
