- Clicks Credit Card expired 30/04/2013
- 1st telephonic query placed to call centre on 24/04/2013 : Consultant confirmed that my card has been sent via courier to PE. I clarify that I don't reside in PE anymore and that my mobile number has also changed. Details haven't been updated to the system.
Eventually, calls logged via email with reference nubmers:
025541498 / QP1459750 & additional 2 emails.

- Reply on 26/04/2013 from Percy Motale 087 575 9400 who confirmed that the renewal credit card was issued on 10.03.2013 & it is currently with the couriers. He also gave the current details on system and asked me to supply him (again) with the correct information which I emailed back to him the same day.
- Reply on 20 May 2013 from Ayesha Kamish|Customer Service Consultant 27 21 465 9922 to contact the Clicks Customer Service Contact Centre on 0861 254 257.
-23 May I phone the customer service. Spoke to 4 consultants, & was suppose to hold the line 20 mins for a supervisor, still no luck.

It's been almost a month, no customer service, no delivery, no card. Been to FNB, they can't assist. My concern is that the card might have been delivered to the wrong person?
