Samsung Fridge giving ENDLESS problems

Electronics and household app.

I bought a Samsung fridge with a 2 year warranty. After about 1 year the unit started giving problems. This fridge was repaired a couple of time under warranty. Shortly after the warranty expired, it failed again.
After a lot of fighting, Samsung repaired the unit again. This fridge failed again after about 1 month.

They have changes everything in this fridge, even the compressor. They even removed some parts, explaining to us that the part "was not needed and only leads to failures".
The last technician said that the unit is leaking gas and that he does not have the equipment to repair it.
I can believe this, since the compressor was replaced. I believe this was done poorly, hence the gas leak.

This unit is making a terrible noice, but I can not put it of, as the previous technician told us that he can not test it if it is off.

This fridge has been repaired about 5 or 6 times already, with no success.
I believe I bought a defective product that Samsung is not capable of repairing!!

Feedback from them are also very poor and we have to follow up everytime, with nobody calling back as promised.
I am really fed up with this fridge and the service I am getting from Samsung.
