I bought some Beautiful Bronx Woman Boots, but had an issue with the heel. I contacted Jordon & Co via Bronx Woman's Website and had a response within 2 hours of logging the issue. Within 2 days the problem was solved and at the 4th day I received my new boots. Everybody were most helpful and friendly and the communications between individuals within the company is clear.
