TV bieng repaired for 6 weeks

I returned a tv that I purched from this shop I was given the run around. No one would tell me why the tv was taking so long to fix. I finally got an answer after 4 weeks, I was told the new part that was put in the tv had exploded and the part had to be ordered again. I waited another 2 weeks before I was told to fetch the tv. When I got the tv and tested it, it was still not working. I had to return the tv again. Its week 7 and I still don't have a tv. Then the sales person has the nerve to tell me I shouldn't hv bought that brand it gives problems. When I brought my money to buy a tv I wasn't told any of that.
