Where do you get the arrears on my account?!!!

I was told by my mother inlaw that a lady from joshua doore called and said that my account reflects in arrears!!! How is this possible if I pay my debt review distribution every month! And its not only "in arrears" it was told that I'm "way behind" and then to put the chery on the cake there is no branch close to me? M florida branch closed down now I can't get hold of anyone to help cause the numbers on the web also doesn't work!!! Please call me PERSONALLY not my friends or relatives and discuss my accounts with them! It has nothing to do with them! I want u to call me on my cell nr and give me proof that my payments that have been made (900 odd) was allocated monthly on my account strange everyone gets their funds monthly but joshua doore is "way behind" very conserning!!! I await your call or else ill adress with the NCR within a day from tomorrow! No call was made to me but to relatived - am I dead according to your records?! I mean comon wakeup!
