4 MONTHS TO REPAIR A TV? /ARE U ENJOYING IT @ HOME

I dropped off my TV @ the Rivonia branch. I was told that it will take 6-8 weeks to repair the TV. 21st of November 2013 they sent a quote for the repair services; I paid the bill immediately and sent them proof of payment. i have been calling 2 check on the repairs & they keep saying they are waiting for the part. its been 12 weeks & they are still saying they are waiting for the part. after telling them that i want my TV back & my money its now someone is calling to tell me tht they have the delivery date of the part; which is 27 February. so no only have they broken their promise of 6-8 weeks; they are telling me to wait another 4 weeks. so in total its 4 months; just to get a part delivered from Dubai. is this part still being manufactured? Is there a waiting list. i get the feeling that the TV was repaired a long time ago & someone is sitting @ home and enjoying it. i told them that i wanted to see it & was told that it is in storage.
EPIC FAIL LETMEREPAIR; EPIC FAIL. I WANT MY TV BACK. REPAIRED. I PAID YOU MONEY. STOP GIVING ME EXCUSES. YOU ARE QUICK TO SAY YOU WILL CHARGE STORAGE FEES WHEN QUOTE IS NOT ACCEPTED. WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RECOURSE WHEN YOU FAIL TO DELIVER?
