Poor Quality

In the beginning of winter I bought a per of pumps as the shoes was wearing at the take took its toll and I need to wear something comfortable. As it was cold I didn't wear those pumps again up until recently as its summer now. To my shock the stitches at the back wear tearing apart and for heaven sake I only wore those shoes twice which means I only got a 2 days worth of money from edgars and paid a fortune for it. I did log a complain directly to edcon website and the respond I got was shocking. I was told about their return policy. I then replied and till date I haven't got respond. How can Edgars sell damaged goods and relay on return policy, its not like the shoes didn't fit or I didn't like them anymore they are falling apart n can't wear a shoe that shows the inner layers. Its so sad that we trust such stores with our money and at the end of a day they don't care about us. Here I was thinking that edgars offers good quality but I guess I was wrong. They are just after money and not customer oriented.
