Edgars does not care about their customers

On Monday, i went to buy somethings at edgars vanderbijlpark. we had to wait about 45 minutes to pay and its month end, the line had about 15 people only one teller was helping us. it looks like its a tendency for edgars to do this even at vaal mall its the same thing. i do not pay my account at edgars any more i use other shops, only if i want to buy somethings. its a disappointment
