Wrong stuff delivered and they cannot give refund

The guy by the name of Jonathan Mogatusi contacted me doing telemarketing. He sold me the GPS and other Items with order no: 1227788A but something other items which was not part of this order were delivered. I then contacted him to return the products he then advised that I must return the products with the person that will deliver the second item which was the GPS which he said he was out of stock hence he delivered the wrong items he thought I like. I've been trying to be in contact with Homemark for the past year but no one seems to take responsibility of refunding my money. Today I contacted them again just to find out what happening. the lady by the name of Norma told me that They will resend the Items back to me as I agreed which is not true. She also adviced me that the query is being handled by the lady called Gladys whom I once spoke to her and promised to come back to me but never did. I tired of their and I need my money now. I'm also taking this matter to the consumer ombudsman.
