HOMEMARK IS USELESS

I ordered items (Hair-waves) from Homemark, Dec 2012, Homemark then contacted me to offer me a set of Pots & confirmed that the Pots & Hair-waves would be sent to me at a cost of R3296.95. At the time, the Hair-waves were out of stock and only the pots were received. I got my money back for the Hair-waves but was told i would be receiving a free gift (polaroid tablet & earphones) for the inconvenience. I received this 'free' gift but my credit card had been charged with the amount of R3454.90. I then informed Homemark that i did not want the package & it should be collected (7-01-13) The package is STILL waiting to be collected. Delivered to me (13-02-13) was a package which i had not ordered & refused to accept but once again, my credit card was charged with R3294.91. Again contacted Homemark and received NO reply or credit for the items I DID NOT order. 16-03-13 I again received another package I DID NOT order which i did not accept but my credit card was charged R2999.99. Once again have had no reply from my countless phonecalls or been credited. I AM A PENSIONER (74) WITH NO MONTHLY INCOME. I DO NOT HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO WASTE. DUE TO ME R9749.80. I NEED THIS MONEY TO SURVIVE!!!
