Please teach staff some manners

I was in the store to purchase a few items. When I got to the till the cashier told me to come as she was just done with the previous customer. I unpacked my goods from basket and she was busy having a chat with a lady standing at the end of the terminal (which I assumed to be a packer). She scanned my items and I said I need a plastic bag, but she was so into her chat that she must not have heard me because she completed my transaction, gave me change & my items just laid there, no plastic. This made me irritated & I told her I said I need a plastic bag & gave her money to purchase it. I then noticed on my slip that the chocolate bars I bought scanned a higher price than on the shelf & told her so. Her response to me was: I cannot do anything, I am done with you. I flipped. To add insult to injury the woman I assumed to be the packer just stood there & handed me the plastic so I could pack my own goods. I was then told the chocolate I bought wasn't part of the promotion. I went to the shelf myself & all was marked with the promotional price. No one seemed interested to assist me so I asked for my money back. Pls teach staff that customers in front of them need to be listened to.
