Unfairly blacklist

I opened the account at best electric in 2010 which is paid up last year in 2012. I applied for car finance they told me that l owe this shop 9 months in arrears which is impossible because l paid the account in full. I dont know wheather l made a mistake to open an account which stop me to get on with my life. I dont owe them, but they hold my life.
