DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE / NO REPRINT

I called the Game Customer Service Number on 0861 4263 2273 seeking assistance. The gentlemen who answered the call was extremely rude and he spoke to me as if he was to busy to assist with me. He couldnt even take the time to inform me who I was speaking to until I had to request it.(Which he quickly blabbered - which I didnt even get).
I asked him if he could inform me of the process to recieve a reciept re-print, he thereafter replied in an extremely rude, unethical manner, stating that Game does not offer reciept re-prints even if it is an emergency. Obviously there is NO customer service.
If they cannot go out of their way to assist clients or even give them a few minutes of their time... Why should we support them... GAME... YOU ALWAYS LOSE!!!
