It's astounding the incompetency of staff at the Game Alberton City.
Every time Game is running a special none of the staff seem to be aware of the specials & the discounted price is never loaded correctly on to the system. Which means when you get to the till you have to inform the staff that there is a special & that there is a discount. Then they are unable to help you & have to call the supervisor to come to assist which also doesn't know about the specials. Then they first have to go investigate that there is a special & then you wait forever before someone comes to let you know that they are still busy trying to solve the issue.

Really? How can Game run specials and none of the staff know about it. Why should I as the customer have to inform the staff that there is a special & why is it never loaded onto the system? So now you wait for them to check that there really is a special & then you have to wait some more for them to correct it... ridiculous!!

And this is not the first time that this has happened. I would rather drive to the Glen's Game than ever use the Game at Alberton City!

I hope Game sorts out this issue as they will lose many customers in the future.
