Worst Customer Service ever!!!

Went to purchase goods from the store and when I arrived at the till point the cashier had a very bad attitude, it was a express till for 5 items or less, and I had only 7 items so she told me can't I read the sign that say 5 items. I just told her that's not the way to speak to a customer so she just gave me a grudge. I left to go to another pay point, and promised myself that I would never visit that store again! Never before had I received bad service like that before from a retailer. They should work on customer service
