Dear Sir, RE; COMPLAINT REF. NO 1305130192/60 DATED 13TH MAY.
I am absolutely amazed that a company of your stature does not react to customer complaints.
After 2 calls and an assurance that within 48 hours my issue will be dealt with, as of today nothing has been done to rectify my problem. This is indeed in poor taste and not to mention downright rude.
Your very survival is dependent on service and judging by my experience your future is in jeopardy.
I guess I will have to continue buying my clothes at Woolworths.
