Poor Customer Service and Passing the Buck

In March 2012 I lodged a compliant about poor customer service from a supplier; I have been given the run around since then with Groupon advising that the supplier will contact me and taking no accountability or shared responsibility to try and resolve this issue.
This is one of 3 complaints that have received absolutely no resolution from Groupon.
I am most dissatisfied with the manner in which disputes or complaints are handled by Groupon; they appear very happy to take your money but absolutely useless when you have an issue.
