What poor customer and after sales service from a company that makes millions! Not even willing to credit a product that cost the customer R 250! My wife purchased make up from Edgars, Cape Gate. After being help by a sales consultant and taking the persons word and experience towards the product she bought it. When she arrived home applied the product and found that it didn't work with her skin. After two hours it totally came off. When she returned the product for a refund she was told due to the fact that it was used it cannot be refunded! How was she to know that the product wasn't going to work on her skin? And funny enough the manager that was on duty told us they will get back to us. It's been almost a week know and no feedback! Think Edgars doesn't care about losing customers due to the fact that they have so many! But surely lose two, myself and my wife for there poor customer! I have an account with Edgars for almost 13 years! But at this stage I am thinking of closing the account. Not willing to support a company that doesn't have descend after sales service! So think they will surely lose more that R250! Poor, Poor Customer and after sales service!!!
