Unbelievable and unethical

My watch went in for new battery only to end up with dirty fingerprints on the glass inside then the glass gets replaced and then after a third complaint the glass is replaced for the original sapphire glass. I cant believe a top watch brand has the lack of quality, ethics and service and then still get away with it. I am appalled and doubt I will ever trust or support the brand again.
