No Delivery and no refund

I ordered online a book on the 24th of December 2012 which was meant to be a late Xmas present. I paid for the book when it was ordered on your website. A couple weeks went by and I followed up with an online customer support message on 7 March 2013. The response (from Antoinette) I received stated "I have asked the warehouse to check on your order. Awaiting feedback from them." I didn't hear anything again

I followed up again on the 19th of April demanding that I receive a refund due to this absolutely ridiculous service. The response (from Given) on the 23rd of April stated "The order was dispatched on the 22nd you should be getting it before the end of the week". I have received nothing since then. I would also argue that when a client demands a refund, it should be offered and not simply ignored.

I attempted to submit a post on facebook over the weekend about this but the post didn't appear on your page after I submitted it. I would like a refund for the book and I should demand the interest that you have earned over the last 5 months. I will take the money and buy the Xmas present from one of your competitors.

Please sort this out.
