BAD SERVICE

I Bought a brand new Police watch at Edgars in December, got home opened the box and put the watch on and there the faces glass falls out! I take it back the begining of January 2013 they said they will repair it, I was very unhappy now I must pay R180-00 for a watches glass thats faulty and I am still waiting 3 months later and no watch, have been there multiple of times and no progress i getting really unhappy and anrgy about this!! Service
