Expensive watch received back with more problems

I received a tempo watch for my 21, it stopped working after 4 months, i send it in, they said it were the battery. After looking carefully, i noticed it been scratch on the glass and frame work. So i told them to send it back and fix it, yesterday i went to find out where it is. She had it but with more problems: glass and framework not on the same level, gap between the glass and body of the watch, and framework sticked on like my. Don't know what to do get proper good and companies don't care.
