I bought a Seagate external harddrive last year from CNA Menlyn and it went faulty 3 months ago. I've booked it it at CNA Menlyn and after 4 weeks they asked me to bring in the box of the unit so that the supplier can swot the unit. After that I did not hear anything from them then I called after 2 weeks to ask about it. Then they said they can swot it for me I must just come with my slip and they can swop it. Then I saw that I paid R1500 for my external and no they swopping it for a external that is R1200 and not a seagate. Where is the other R300??? The store manager just said to me that the supplier swoped it out and that is that. now my question is, Do I deal with CNA or the supplier? As far as I know I bought this from CNA and not the supplier so what is going on between the supplier and CNA doesnt have anything to do with me. The store manager just said to me that you got a replacment so they are not going to do anything about the R300. As far as I know they must credit you for the amout that is on your slip. Will never buy from CNA again and I also closed my account with EDCON. :-)
