Bought a tv and sound system in 2011 with extended warranty. Sometime in October my TV had a blue line on the screen. Took it in before the end of October 2012, till this day 5MONTHS TO BE EXACT, still with the supplier and still not workin. Not only am i worried for my TV, but i had paying this account off!! As the bank they liase with NEVER SENT THROUGH STATEMENTS MONTHLY so interest was added as and when however it was calculated. Been calling the store and they had not been following up with the supplier, they only took serious intiative once i had started lodging a complaint early Jan 2013. Left messages for the regional manager to call, but he is always busy and has not returned any of my calls. I'm so sick of this and I'M NEVER STEPPING FOOT INTO THE GEEN & RICHARDS STORE IN MENLYN. Store Manger tunes me it is out of their hands and they have done their role, SORRY NOT MY PROBLEM!! FIND A BETTER SUPPLIER AND FIX MY TV...
