Russlls Listed my name to ICT for their fault

I am angry with Russlls and their bad customer service, i am in the process of getting a new car, Banks wont finance me becuase Russells listed my name on ITC..

I've open an account with Russells for about R 17000, and i settled that account within two months after i have opened it.

i dont know for what reason Russlles decided to list me on Credit Bereu that i owe them R 1117.00

now i have to wait for 21days to prove my self on ITC that was a from Russles,

Russells need to pay for my reputation

i need their management to respond to me ASAP
