Incorrect dosage of SCHEDULE 6 Chronic Medication

I am hoping that someone else at Dischem who actually cares about patients will help resolve this matter amicably. I have been a loyal Dischem client for a number of years without fail. 5 days ago, I called Dischem Bradendowns requesting delivery of my chronic medication. The meds were delivered, but i soon started feeling ill. On the 3rd day i looked at my meds and realised that the mg were half of what they should have been. I called on Sunday and spoke to one staff member who promised to call me back within the hour-she never called me back. Today i called and spoke to the Dispensary manager, Angelique who basically told me its not their problem, she cannot help me, all she can do is send me 20 more tablets at an additional price... why must i pay double? Surely they should have told me before they decided to half my dosage, i would have made plans to look for the right dosage at another dischem. All i want is to have my meds urgently delivered to me, at no additional price, failing which I will have no other option but to take this further with the regulatory body- even Now, this minute, I'm still suffering as a result of the pharmacist's negligence.
