INCORRECT DOSE OF MEDS GIVEN

I am highly appalled by the lack of interest/concern shown by you Senior Management at Dichem Midrand! I had medication dispensed by your trainee pharmacist on Monday for my 5year old son, and to my shock the incorrect dose was printed on the label by your trainee! I immediately contacted dischem and asked the person I spoke to if they could please get someone from senior management to call me and briefly explained the situation. I was told Yolandi would call me back. To my utter disbelief nobody has since bothered to contact me regarding this! Might I point out that this is a serious matter to me as my son could have had some disastrous reaction to this as he was taking antibiotics as well. Do you not have measures in place to assure your customers that the trainees are dispensing correct medication? Do you not care that you have a loyal customer who has a serious complaint? Does it in any way copncer you that a 5 year old child has been taking the incorrect dose of medication due to your incompetence? I AM HIGHLY UPSET OVER THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY SHOWN BY DISCHEM! CAN I PLEASE ASK FOR SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THIS TO PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY!
