Incredible Connection

I bought a laptop from Incredible Connection 2 years ago.
My battery went flat, since it wasn't charging properly. (There was a history of a few weeks struggling with the male jack to connect properly...?)
I took the laptop to Incredible Connection for repair of the power source problem.
After I explained the above scenario... and a few minutes of investigation; they told me it wasn't my charger, DC jack or battery, but the problem was my motherboard. (?)
The replacement of my motherboard would be approximately R3000!
I almost fell on my back, due to; disgust and the technician's ignorance of the history of the problem.
I took the laptop to another company, whom diagnosed the problem as I explained it.
a. Testing the charger (which was working)
b. Testing the battery (which was flat)
c. Observing that the DC jack was loose
They replaced the DC jack and my laptop is working again.
I find the conduct of the person representing Incredible Connection UNACCEPTABLE.
This could very well be a case of and I feel sorry for other customers whom are given the same pathetic after sales service.
