Mr Price Home
No feedback despite promise

Two weeks ago I went to the Centurion Lifestyle Centre branch of Mr Price Home to go and purchase two couches. Having decided what I wanted, I was told that they did not have any stock. I was then told that it was not possible to order any more stock, but had to source stock from other stores. Mr Manthata promised to call me on the Monday and took my cellphone number. I was impressed when he gave me his cellphone number!! I received no call on the Monday, and even having called him twice on his cellphone and having left two messages, I still have had no response. I have been very disappointed my good impression have changed to a very negative one.
