On the 02/05/2013 I went to pick n pay germiston for just a few urgent things, when I got to the door, the employee posing as a security (Collin) stopped me and told me I can't take my bag inside. I then explained to him that I had only valuables in my bag and can't leave the goods at the parcel counter. He told me that as per the policy the only thing I could take in was a laptop everything else must go to the parcel counter and I should not bring my rules there as he is telling me what to do. Disgusted by the arrogance and the attitude I then asked to see the manager on duty (Miguel) I think that was his name and he still couldn't reason with me and told me if other store don't have an issue with this, then this is pick n pay germiston and that is the rule. What I don't understand is why i don't have issues at other pick n pay stores? Why have those detectors at the door? Why have the "security" at the door? How am I supposed to shop with my valuables in my hands? I utterly disgusted by the attitude and the manner I was treated with. Can someone attend to this?!!!
