I went into CNA on Wednesday, 01 May, to enquire about a series being advertised called "Your Body". My nephew has discovered a keen interest in the series but missed volumes 1, 2 and 5. I asked one of the staff on the floor if he could assist. I was told all early copies were sold out. I asked if I could place an order for them. Not looking at me, but looking at items on the shelves he said "well that would involve opening a file and unfortunately I don't even think we have stock of those files at the moment" - his attitude was one of total disinterest as he continued looking at other items on the shelves where he was standing, and showed no interest in assiting me because he 'didn't think' files were available - what about taking my details and TRYING to provide a service? As a result I have contacted the supplier directly, who couldn't have been more helpful and I will continue to collect the series via the supplier. If CNA are making so much money they can afford to chase paying customers away then the attitude doesn't surprise me; if not, I suggest you wake up to what customer service means and teach your staff to lose the bad attitude.
