Cellphone promo but no stock

Im very disappointed with the service received at Jet. I went in on the 23/12 and saw a pamphlet for huawei y300 for R999, from the 27/12. I asked if they had stock, they said, which is fine, and told me to come back on the 27th. I did and they still didnt have stock and kept on saying I must come back. i have been 4 times and they never have stock. I also went to Jet mall@reds and the gent helped me by looking for stock on the system. We found out that not one store has received stock of this phone and this more than 2 weeks after the special has started. he also tried to call the cell phone division but they could not help either. The phone was for my mom who was visiting from CT, but she has already returned. I now have no way to get the phone to her when you guys eventually do get stock. I even asked if I can do the purchase here and collect the phone at another branch, but this was also not possible. Surely this is false advertising, advertising product that no store has in stock or ever received stock of. What are my options now? How do I buy the phone in Centurion and get it to CT, to my mom? When will you guys get stock. This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed.
