Last Friday I bought clothes at the Woolworth store at rissik street was in a rush to get home did not notice that one of the items was soiled and smelly upon realising the item was soiled I took it back to the store today to exchange it but was told that sorry I can not be helped after one is the ladies that was helping suggested that I wore the item I repeatedly told the lady that I did not wear the item but they refused to help and told me they cannot help, as a paying customer I feel the manager was very cold and unreasonable and I'm stuck with an item that I paid for but can not use because some in the store failed to do his/her job of checking the stuff that returned in the store I will never set foot in a Woolworth store Again.
