I was shocked at the attitude and reluctance of the supervisor Joesph, after the cashier had confirmed the mistake was on their side, I had purchased a shirt the day before, I had the receipt and tags. I tried to exchange the item but there was no suitable size, I then porceeded to exchange the item with another one, only to find it had been incorrectly labeled. It did not appear on the receipt correctly., The labelled item was discounted, i had to pay in even though they admitted to their mistake... Really frustrated at the nonchalant attitude. This may seem insignificant but I will no longer purchase anything from that store!!
