My girlfriends and I went to PnP on Sunday 17/03 to buy a few things for my home as they were referred by friends. However I was sadly disappointed by the way they treat their customers! I bought an item when we got to the till the price was different as the one from the shelf all the lady did was fix my price I went to customer services to query their scan guarantee and I was told by Elson (manager) that seeing that it was on a promo it doesn't fall under the guarantee. and that only if a barcode on the shelf shows a price, however there was no Barcode prices on the shelf only a price indicating it was on promotion. when I asked him whether I was wrong with my statement he said he would do the same as I however he also said the only reason the fixed the price and not given me the guarantee is, is that they didn't have time to change all prices as it was the start of the Promotion. I feel this is poor Management planning as I am also in the retail industry and that this was a very unprofessional way of handling the matter not once was I apologized to only told that this is how they work...
And to top things off one item I bought is in such a bad condition that I have to return it.
