Quotation request delay

We've (Dizoset) requested a quote from BMG about 3 months ago for Hydraulics, they supplied the quote and we've send an estimate to our client. We've also requested the Proforma from them at the sam time so we can place the order.
After asking them numerous times for the Proforma we only received it last week.
All the other divisions Proformas came in way ahead of time. We now have the problem that the Proforma is approximately 30% more than the original quote we've received from them.
Which causes us to be in the situation where there invoice is approximately 12% more than what we've quoted our customer with our mark up.
We are extremely under pressure for these products and can't afford to go back to our customer to increase the prices.
We are not happy with the service we've received from the hydraulics department at all!
