Incompetent Staff

Good day

The lack of service at Clicks in Trade Route Mall is appalling. I had visited the store on 11 May 2013 to purchase an item only to find that there were only 2 cashiers open and the ques were running down between two aisles. I waited in the Que for over 45min which it utterly frustrating. Not to mention that the store in not kept neat, there are boxes and clutter in the aisles whereby we are unable to walk properly. At the dispensary, for medication where no prescription is required its the the same problem, waiting for over half an hour to be attended to is disappointing.

In addition to this the staff have bad attitude and cannot give proper feed back when asked about a product or service that is on offer. They just rudely answer in an abrupt tone.

This has not been the first incident, its an ongoing situation and I hope something is done to improve there horrible service.
