Clicks
PHARMACY NEVER OPEN - NO PHARMACIST

On Saturday 2 Feb we went to Zevenwacht mall Clicks, to pick up a prescription, At 9:30 there was still no pharmacist on duty. The ques where long, and only after about an hour someday complaint, and we were told that the pharmacist is on the way, The did not now how long he was going to be. There was also no storemanger available to talk to. We went back an hour later, only to find the ques even longer, and still no pharmacist! The same incident occured during the December holidays, only that the pharmacy was closed for 2 whole days, no pharmacist or workers pitched up for duty!!! The ques where also tremendeously long, and no notice was displayed that the pharmacy is closed. I propabley stood in the que for over an hour. I f I did not ask anybody I would probably still be standing there!!! Saturday was the third time!!
We had to drive al the way to Soneike mall to find a clicks pharmacy open.
This is pathetic service from Clicks!!!
