Clicks
Unacceptably Slow Service

I went to clicks to try get medication. There were only 4 of us in the line and there seem to be plenty of staff on duty so I thought it would be quick. I waited for over half an hour before I had to leave to go back to work. I was late getting back to work due to the ridiculous amount of time I wasted and I still do not have my medication (which is needed urgently). The staff working there didn't seem bothered whatsoever that they were keeping us waiting for such a ridiculous amount of time. They were completely and utterly incompetent.

I find this absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will NEVER use clicks again and will be moving my prescription to Dischem.
