I went to clicks at canal walk mall and i spoke to this rude pharmacist to pick up my medication, she first said that my script from the doctor has expired and i told her that i wasn't informed of this and i questioned that as i haven't collected my last batch before it could expire. She then said that i should've collected it before the 22/10/13 and now i will forfeit the medication. Then came this character who was meant to be the manager "Evelyn Daniels" she's so useless even words can't describe the kind of service i received from her and the pharmacist. How can a big company like clicks not have a manager that can make a decision after 6pm, why open till 9pm if managers can't make a decision. I was told to go back to Pretoria to speak to my doctor and get another prescription as they can't help me. How difficult is it for them to just give me the batch that i didn't collect in October than to give me these useless run arounds. I was so disgusted and utterly shocked at the level of service that the clicks staff and so called managers give to their customers. If only they understood the importance of my situation maybe they would've understood. Hope something gets done
