Price Discrepancy on PnP Specials!

There seems to be a huge disconnect between the Supermarket specials that PnP Head Office advertise on the PnP website versus the prices they load in the system and/or send to their respective Supermarket stores. This creates a problem for myself and other customers who are purchasing specials at PnP Supermarket stores, as the advertised price is not the same as the scanned price (this has happened at a couple different Supermarket stores). Customers waiting behind me at the tillpoint get impatient, while PnP staff handle the situation poorly (unfriendly and/or unhelpful) or simply don't know how to handle the price discrepancy at all. As a customer, i am questioned (interrrogated) as to where i saw the special, how long it's on for, etc. Firstly, i always ensure i view the correct specials on the PnP website (correct province, store type and date period) and secondly, I should never be made to feel like i'm being interrogated! Furthermore, PnP Head Office needs to ensure consistency in terms of what specials the public see and what specials are loaded onto their system! Shocking service, Pick n Pay!! Sort it out before the problem gets even worse!!
