Terrible Customer Service

I went to Identity Vaal Mall to purchase 23 bra's. Apon my arrival i walked to the bra display and decided which ones i want. i saw 2 bra's for R180.00 for both. I wanted to fit them on however i could not because they were taggedt ogether, which made it impossible for anyone to fit them. I bought them and when i arrived at home, they were too small. I went back to exchange them for a bigger size, but i was told that: i was suppose to fit them before i buy them and make sure it is the right size, because Identity does not exhange bra's. I didnt wear them, because they are too small, so why no exhange??? And it was impossible for me in the first place to fit them as they were tagged together??? So how can the staff memeber tell met o fit them before i buy them??? Now i have 2 bra's, paid R180 but can not do anything with them?? This is service if i have to say... I will never go to Identity anymore and close my account.
