Shocking Service!

I visited the store on Saturday Morning I was basically the only customer. I looked around and eventually found something I really liked only to notice my size was not available, so I asked the guy assisting me if he could check at another store or order my size, he proceeded to ask the two ladies (assuming supervisors) at the front desk if it could be done to which they responded bluntly no!

I then went to the front of the shop and asked if either of them could call another store to check if they have my size, she said no, I then told her I will take the shoe on lay bye and the lady gave me a frustrated look and called the Gateway branch and they had the shoe in my size, I asked her if she could get the size delivered to the Pmb store, she told me that it would take 2 - 3 months for the shoe to get here, I was then rudely asked to write my name and number in a diary not even under the date I went into the store (Under April). I don't understand why it would take 2 - 3 months when gateway it not even 1 n half hours away.

I am disappointed in the service I received its truly shocking how uninterested these two women were in assisting me, there attitude.
