I recently went to Cajees Cycle Corner in Centurion to purchase some accessories for my mountain bike. The general attitude of the floor staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. After waiting 12 minutes in the queue while the cashier (possibly manager) attended to a customer, the cashier/manager left the counter to show he above mentioned customer a frame. There were 3 other staff members at the counter, and not one could assist myself and others in the queue. I left my goods at the counter, and left. I would urge the management to take proactive steps to improve the customer experience, it was not what I was expecting when I went to visit the store.
