Manager interaction

I previously complained and did not receive any feedback, the store manager George phoned me this morning and asked me to meet him when I am around. I went in and was met by a very professional manager that related to me on a personal level. What a great interaction. I feel bad that the staff let down their managers and hope to see better service in future. I will ask for George in future and feel that I have someone to talk to when I am not satisfied, I also know that my wife can shop there and have a manager backing her when it comes to service. Thank you George
