Worst Service Ever from St George's KFC

I am very upset with KFC at the moment.

I went into the St George's Mall branch to buy me the double take (2x chicken patties burgers). The cashier, Abongi, then asked me if i would not like to try the AM Snacker which is a bit more expensive but has cheese, the patty and an egg. I then agreed but told the cashier that I wanted NO EGG only the Patty and cheese.

What did i get when i opened my meal at work? ONLY EGG AND SAUCE AND CHEESE!

I phoned the store and told them the predicament, the manager tells me that i need to come back tomorrow morning and they will change it. I told him that this was my meal for THIS morning so he tells me to just eat it and then i can have my meal tomorrow morning on the house. KFC! I do NOT EAT EGGS! I requested that the manager actually DO something like dropping it off at my work, he tells me well he cant do anything because he does not have staff. Yes Sir, im supposed to believe that nobody can take a 5 minute walk to my work to drop my correct meal with the store being so empty and staff standing waiting for better days.

I WILL NOT return this to the store, this was not my NEGLICENCE. DO SOMETHING! Ive HAD it with bad service in SA!
