Great Service and Attitude

I urgently needed to have flowers sent to my mother for her birthday the day after, but the website would not allow any action on the toolbar - so I called the call centre who assisted with a telephonic order. I had not even chosen the item I wanted as I was calling to see if it was me or their website. Diego Manuel was patient and helpful all the way through; and the flowers were received as ordered. I am very impressed with the service and friendliness
