Very upset with the service from the start

I, Leonore Treurnicht am a customer of Mtn for almost 6 years and in February this year my contract had to be renewed. We went to Cape Gate's Mtn store and a very friendly women (Melissa) helped me. I took 2 new Backberry 9320's and from the start the phone's gave me trouble. Within 5 days we reterned the 2 phones, I spoke to Melissa and she said she will leave me 2 brand new Backberry 9320's in the store for me to pick up, we are from Moorreesburg about 200km from Cape Town. So we drove to the mall and went to the shop and there were only 2 male staff left. I said what Melissa told me to say and asked for the 2 new phones but they both refused to give me the phones and had a lot of excuses. For us to drive 200km into town, get there and be refused made me doubt ever renewing my contract with Mtn if that is how a client of almost 6 year's is treated, when coming in for assistance. We again came back home and in that same week the phones started there trouble again. We took the phones in for "repaires" or so we thought and its giving the same problem over and over again. If anyone could just please let me know what I must do to get this fixed or get the help I need let me know please.
