Bad service

My mother in law bought a Fridge last year november fortunatly it gave her problem on march she contacted the store, they told her they will send a technician but never pitch, so she decided to take it back to store which was on 24/04/13 till today no one contacted her, I had to do the follow ups i spoke to the manager Meranda i keep on calling her, but she never return to me and she bought the fridge cash, if they can fund us or replace the fridge. Her name is Hilda Ditlhamane.
